Do you know a building, refurbishment, extension or park which might be worthy of our 2022 award? If so please let us know by sending in our award nomination form before Monday 19 September. You can scroll through our previous award winners to see the many projects which have won an award or commendation from major public buildings like Pitzhanger Manor and Hanwell station to small scale house extensions or refurbishments, and parks like Acton Skatepark or William Hobbayne Community Gardens. Our nomination form includes information about the type of project we will consider. Projects must have been completed within the past 2 years and in use for at least 6 months. The judging panel comprises 4-5 Ealing Civic Society committee members and local architects who will look at plans and visit the property or park. The award or commendation will then be presented at our award ceremony at Open Ealing on 25 October at 7.30. Check our events page for the latest information about our award ceremony, lectures, and tours.
This year the speaker at our award evening will be Jane Mossman from West London Business who has a special interest in sustainable development.
