More trees at Gunnersbury

About 700 new trees have been planted at Gunnersbury over the winter. Four of them were donated by Ealing Civic Society to celebrate our 50th anniversary last year. They are silver limes planted on the north side of the park, near the Popes Lane/Lionel Road entrance. We are very grateful to Chris Ellis, the head gardener, for his help with this. Do go and see the new planting, especially the heritage kitchen garden, and enjoy the new cafe, run by Benugo, opening on 5 March. Read more about developments at Gunnersbury in our forthcoming newsletter or on the Friends of Gunnersbury Park and Museum website.
