We have received formal notification from the Council of the examination of Central Ealing Neighbourhood Development Plan on Thursday 16 February. As the notification states, the examination is open to the public who would not be expected to participate in the process.
“Following a five-week consultation period which invited comments on the submission version of the Central Ealing Neighbourhood Plan, the appointed examiner Mr John Parmiter FRICS FRSA MRTPI has called for a public hearing which takes place on Thursday 16 February at Ealing Town Hall. Both the agenda for the hearing, a note from the examiner and copies of feedback that was received, can be viewed on the examination documents page on the Council’s website. The examiner has invited a number of representors to speak on specific matters throughout the hearing. Members of the public and other interested parties who have not been invited to speak are free to attend the hearing, but will not be expected to take an active part in proceedings. For those planning on attending the hearing with specific access or other requirements, please bring this to our attention to ensure that all requirements have been catered for.”
