Historic Acton

Chatsworth Pub, ActonWe regularly comment on planning applications from across the Borough. Recently there have been a number of applications for changes to historic buildings in Acton. For example, we have objected to an application to demolish the locally listed Chatsworth Pub (pictured) in the Uxbridge Road. We have also commented on the next phase of the redevelopment of Acton Town Hall which involves the demolition of part of the rear of the building, and the construction of 71 residential units. Finally, we commented on proposed changes to the recently listed St Saviour’s Church in Old Oak Lane. More details on recent planning issues are given in our Spring Newsletter.
