The current owners of Westel House (Frogmore), which has been empty for around four years, have been consulting residents groups and others about their latest ideas for redevelopment of the site to provide a hotel, affordable housing and private apartments in three blocks, the highest of which would be nearly 20 storeys tall (compared with 16 in the existing). We are concerned about the impact of this block upon the neighbouring properties in Craven Road and have said that we dislike the proposed chisel shaped design of the tallest block.
